While in search of self-expression, he came across the camera at Işıklar Military Air High School. While studying Aeronautical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, he continued to take photographs in many areas until he left school in his last year and settled in a village in Sweden close to the arctic circle.

Today, while producing films and photographs for international agencies, he also works on personal photography projects within the framework of northern lights and landscapes.
